Stephenie Brown

Stephenie Brown is a commercial litigator and trial lawyer. She has achieved favorable results, including both trial verdicts and settlements, for clients in multi-million dollar business disputes nationwide and transnationally, including claims of professional malpractice involving professionals such as law firms, investment banks, and accounting firms. She has successfully handled numerous litigations against and on behalf of financial institutions. Her expertise includes enforcement of international law and transnational disputes, and claims involving officers, directors, and shareholders, breach of contract, and business-related torts.

Ms. Brown holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama. She was a law clerk for United States District Court Judge Virgil Pittman.
