Brian C. Brook
Brian Brook, a senior associate at Simon & Partners, is an experienced litigator. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP. Mr. Brook served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ernest C. Torres, United States District Judge for the District of Rhode Island.
Mr. Brook received his J.D., magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law where he was order of the Coif and Note Editor for the Duke Law Journal.
He received his B.S., magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego where he was elected to Phi Betta Kappa and received the Earl Warren College Leadership Award.
